While all in-game transactions are digital and typically final, we believe in accountability when things go wrong — and we’ve built this policy to reflect that. What Qualifies for a Refund We will consider refund requests under the following conditions: You were charged for an item that was not delivered to your account due to a verified technical issue. A transaction was duplicated due to server delay, app crash, or failed confirmation. You made an unauthorized purchase due to account compromise (must be reported immediately). A bundle was misrepresented (incorrect contents) due to a display or pricing error on our side. Refund eligibility is assessed case-by-case and requires timely reporting. Situations That Are Not Refundable We do not offer refunds in these cases: You regret your purchase or no longer wish to use the item. You misunderstood the function or power level of an item. You used the purchased item, consumable, or currency before requesting a refund. Your experience in multiplayer combat or campaign content did not meet expectations. You lost progress due to uninstalling the app or failing to sync your account to a cloud service. Because Project Entropy deals in real-time, consumable content, the vast majority of transactions are non-reversible once fulfilled. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please submit a support ticket from within the game or via our official help center. Include: Your in-game username or player ID. A copy or screenshot of your payment receipt (including transaction ID). A detailed description of what went wrong and when it happened. If the purchase was made through a platform such as Google Play or the App Store, you may be directed to request a refund via their systems per their terms of service. Processing Time & Results Our support team aims to respond to all refund inquiries within a few business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method. Any content or currency received as part of that purchase may be revoked from your account. Please be aware that repeated refund requests, especially following content usage, may trigger account review.
